Healing isn’t just personal—it’s cultural.

Whether you’re processing a difficult past, navigating a major life transition, or trying to figure out who you are outside of everyone else’s expectations, therapy can help you take back control of your story. As a BIPOC therapist, Jasmine understands that healing often involves more than individual experiences. She creates a space where clients don’t have to explain the cultural nuances of their family dynamics, identity, or the impact of systemic stress before meaningful work can begin.

Jasmine works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and identity exploration. She has a particular passion for helping clients reconnect with themselves, move beyond survival mode, and build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Her therapeutic style blends evidence-based treatment with genuine connection, honesty, and a healthy sense of humor. She’s not a nod-and-smile therapist. Jasmine will hold space for your hardest moments while gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Think of her as the co-pilot who isn’t afraid to point out when you’re driving in circles—and who might use a Marvel reference or reality TV analogy to help make a difficult concept click.

Jasmine believes therapy should feel like a real conversation. Sessions are collaborative, approachable, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. Whether you’re untangling long-standing trauma, working through anxiety, or redefining your identity, you’ll find a therapist who is fully present, culturally responsive, and committed to helping you become the author—not just the audience—of your own life.

Therapy without direction is just an expensive conversation.

I’m not a “so… what do you want to talk about today?” therapist. I show up with a plan, a framework, and the kind of accountability that actually moves the needle. My goal is to help you see the path from where you are to where you want to be—and to help you start walking it.

High achievement and quiet suffering often go hand in hand.

If persistent worry, perfectionism, burnout, insomnia, intrusive thoughts, or anxiety have started costing you more than they used to, you don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through it. Therapy with me is designed for people who are motivated to feel different—not just talk about feeling different.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are ready to change their day-to-day experience in a real, tangible way. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, insomnia, driving anxiety, and trauma (PTSD and beyond), and I also support clients navigating a wide range of related challenges including stress, burnout, and depression.

My approach is structured, evidence-based, and deeply practical. I draw from CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), tailoring treatment to what will actually create change—not just insight. Sessions are collaborative, focused, and designed to build momentum week by week.

My mission is simple: help you feel better, faster.

Life can get heavy—chronic stress, fear, fatigue, and the weight of the past can make it feel like things will always be this way. I don’t believe that’s true. With the right tools and the right support, things can shift in real and lasting ways.

And yes—I swear like a sailor.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel awkward, intimidating, or like you’re talking to someone who just nods and takes notes.

Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of what’s going on, a young adult navigating life’s next chapter, or an adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or major life changes, Chelsea creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Many of her adolescent clients come in convinced therapy isn’t for them—and often leave surprised by how comfortable they feel opening up.

Her approach is direct, genuine, and down-to-earth. Chelsea doesn’t believe therapy has to feel stiff or overly clinical. She shows up as a real person, bringing warmth, honesty, and humor into the room while creating space for meaningful growth. She’ll laugh with you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and support you through the difficult moments without losing sight of your strengths.

Chelsea incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical skills, gain confidence, and create lasting change. Whether you’re working through anxiety, OCD, depression, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, therapy with Chelsea is collaborative, authentic, and focused on helping you move forward.
